Challenge

How do you create a custom online experience for users in an industry that is limited by CRMs that dominate the industry?

Process and Approach

I designed the branding for SCEP so it was easy to know where I wanted to take the visual design. I’m close friends with the SCEP girls and spent some time working from their offices and being able to see their personalities and work processes and how that could translate over to design.

I worked closely with an engineer who shares the same passion as me for minimal design and subtle microanimation so working with Ben made this project a lot easier.

Outcome

A completely editable Wordpress site that allows the SCEP team add new listings to their site and update any content they needed. I worked with them and expressed the importance for quality imagery and content and they were super motivated to reach out to local photographers for imagery and they also had a library of high quality property photographs.
